Building Relationships

Grants

The Foundation for Evangelism recognizes that great ideas require support and resources to become a reality. That is why we are dedicated to funding ministries and organizations that will have a multiplying impact on The United Methodist Church. There are several levels of grant support that the Foundation provides in order to identify, prepare and place leaders of exceptional potential so that their ministries may have the greatest impact possible.

Grace Spiritual Leadership Academy

This grant for 2011 will help bring 1,500 leaders within The United Methodist Church through an “incubator process” with the ultimate goal of equipping them to be faithful and fruitful in bringing God’s Kingdom to their communities. This program is overseen by Mr. Craig Robertson of Spiritual Leadership, Inc.(SLI) and Rev. Jorge Acevedo of Grace Church in Cape Coral, Fla. and 2009 Distinguished Evangelist of The United Methodist Church.
